Welcome to Kings Crown 217, a Gulf-front two bedroom, two bathroom retreat on Sanibel Island where the water is part of every room.
Set directly on the beach along West Gulf Drive, this condo opens to sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, soft white sand, and swaying palms. The living area flows out to a screened, tiled lanai wrapped in windows, the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon breeze, or watching the sky melt into sunset over the water.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space, positioned so the Gulf stays in view while you cook. It connects easily to the open living and dining area, where a comfortable sofa and seating face the water and the sliding doors to the lanai.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a private en-suite bath with a large vanity and walk-in shower, and a Smart TV for easy streaming after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds with a bright coastal feel, its own TV, and plenty of storage. Together with a sleeper sofa they provide comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.
Just outside your door is one of Sanibel's most treasured stretches of beach, ideal for morning shelling walks, afternoon swims, or simply soaking up the sun. When you are ready for a break from the sand, enjoy the beachfront pool and the well kept grounds of this intimate 54 unit community.
Additional features include under building parking, a picnic area, on-site management, and contact free check-in, so you can head straight to the beach without stopping at the office (and there are no stop lights here either).
