Located on West Gulf Drive, you’ll enjoy a short walk to deeded beach access located across the street, along with community amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and barbecue grills.
Unit 36 features a soothing coastal design with sophisticated décor and designer touches throughout. The open living room offers comfortable seating and a flat screen TV, flowing into the dining area and a beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a custom island, and wood floors that bring a warm, inviting feel.
The primary suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and tub combination. The guest bedroom offers both a queen bed and a twin bed, with a flat screen TV and access to a second bathroom featuring a custom-tiled walk-in shower. In-unit laundry is a plus, along with a pack ' n play and highchair!
We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs. This unit is on the second floor.
