We call it "Flamingo Paradise" for a reason! You'll be immersed in a Margaritaville-type experience from the moment you step through the front door! The local owners lived in the condo part-time before making the full-time move to Sanibel, so it's fully equipped with everything you'll need -- all the comforts of home! It’s the most well-outfitted kitchen you’ll find at a rental because the owner is a former chef! Outside the unit, our heated pool and multi-use tennis/pickleball court offer everything you need for an active Sanibel lifestyle! Sanibel Island is truly a gem for anyone looking to escape to a tranquil tropical paradise! The Seashells of Sanibel Condominiums are the perfect base for your island adventures. Our private beach access located across the street means you can enjoy the stunning Gulf waters and amazing shelling at your convenience!
Offering the flexibility of a three-night stay minimum, combined with discounts for longer stays, makes it easier to tailor your trip to your schedule. Just be prepared for the possibility of falling so in love with the island that you might have trouble leaving! We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There is no better value on Sanibel. Thanks to Hurricane Ian, everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING in this condo, from the flooring to the walls to the pots & pans and dishes, is BRAND NEW! We've added lots more creature comforts to help you enjoy our shelling and relaxing on the property. And the owners provide an in-unit booklet to guide you to all the “local secrets,” so you don’t miss a thing!
Flamingo Paradise boasts an in-unit laundry center, as well as 3 HUGE TVs so you’ll never miss the games! There's even a Coffee Bar to get your mornings off on the right foot! If you’ve got to cram in a little work while visiting, there’s even a small desk with a monitor and a docking station to make it more comfortable to work in paradise! And you won’t find a better-equipped “Beach Stuff” closet! Ample beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a handy cart to get it all to the sand are right in the unit. There are even shelling bags, beach games, and pool toys for your enjoyment! This is a turn-key property with literally everything you could possibly need! Just bring your clothes and food, and you're ready to enjoy all Sanibel has to offer! Flamingo Paradise will become your home away from home -- we promise!
Please note that Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible only by stairs, so we kindly ask that you plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs. This is a no-smoking property.
