Step inside the condo and you’re immediately greeted by stunning views of the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico through floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a view you’ll find yourself returning to throughout the day, especially from the screened lanai with your morning coffee or evening drink in hand.

The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with comfortable seating for casual meals and conversation. New LVP flooring runs throughout the condo, and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled. The primary bath offers a double-sink vanity with granite countertops and a spacious walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom features a new king bed for restful nights, while the guest bedroom includes a new queen bed and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. The condo has been thoughtfully updated nearly every year since 2010, and as of January 2025, all living and dining room furniture is brand new, giving the space a fresh, comfortable feel throughout.

Guests also enjoy access to gas grills, beach volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts with equipment, bike racks with easy access to over 25 miles of scenic bike paths, and convenient kayak and paddleboard storage racks. For your beach days, we provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys, and for quieter moments you’ll find books and games to enjoy indoors. Three flat-screen high-definition TVs are available for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun.

Located mid-island and close to shops and restaurants on Sanibel and nearby Captiva Island, this condo is a wonderful home base for exploring, unwinding, and making unforgettable island memories.
