Villa Mon Repos: fully fenced common courtyard with relaxation area equipped with deckchairs, chairs, table, parasol available to all tenants of the building, in a quiet street with free parking.
Accommodation number 1 is on the first floor and contains:
- 1 equipped kitchen with dining area (crockery + utensils), fridge, microwave, kettle...
- 1 bedroom with new bed and mattress 2 places (140 X190cm) + TV + lounge area (possibility of putting a travel cot provided on request and if available for children from 0 to 3 years old)
- small bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. The shower room has just been completely renovated.
Precision: small bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
We offer linen rental with our partner on site: 1 Kit for 1 bed including sheets + 2 towels and for 7 nights max: contact us for the price. Please book the linen directly with us.
Everything is within walking distance of the house: at the bottom of the street a small park along the Dordogne with football/basketball field, athletics track, BMX/skate track, swings, picnic table... will take you to the aquatic center where you will find swimming pool, hammam, jacuzzi ...
The Fenestre park will delight young and old alike with its children's games, merry-go-rounds, mini golf, restaurant, and splendid trees and flowers to stroll, refresh and breathe!
The city center hosts many restaurants and shops where you can taste the local gastronomy and buy local products such as cheese and sausage!
You will be close to the media library and the first shops including food, organic bakery and laundry.
If you want to forget the car during your stay then you'll be in the right place!
The accommodation has a cleaning kit (broom, bucket, shovel) and a collective vacuum cleaner.
The cleaning package in addition DOES NOT include cleaning the kitchen: fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, table, gas stove must be left clean and tidy, the emptied bin.
The cleaning fee is €40 for short stays up to 2 nights and then €60 for more than 2 consecutive nights.
We provide outdoor furniture for the entire building: tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol, armchair, cushion.
Please store them inside the house inside the house behind the curtain under the stairs.
Pets are allowed free of charge with the owner's agreement.
Pets must not climb on the bed or armchairs and must not remain alone in the apartment.
They must be kept on a leash in all common areas (courtyard, stairs, etc.) and must not relieve themselves within the building. (if there is an accident, please pick up the droppings)
The cleaning does not include the collection of hair on fabrics and others, any observations of this type will incur an additional charge.
Collective washing machine available with the possibility of hanging the laundry outside if necessary.
