Le petit coin Auvergnat - Maisou 1 is a little bubble of comfort just for two in the heart of the Massif du Sancy! The cottage is a large studio located in Mont-Dore, an ideal location very close to the winter sports resort and the thermal baths! It consists of a spacious and pleasant living room with a decorative spirit: a fully equipped kitchen area, a comfortable and spacious lounge area with a very comfortable sofa bed (2 additional people accepted at a rate of 40 € / pers / week ), a sleeping area with a 140 bed and a bathroom-wc. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided and heating is included. The gîte is located on the ground floor of a village house with another gîte for 7 people (63G1504). The two lodgings can communicate for a reservation in tribe! Gîte located along the D996. Free public parking 20 meters in front. Free shuttle to the resort and the town center 1 km away. Many leisure activities nearby: Mont-Dore ski resort only 4.5 km away, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), cross-country skiing, tree climbing and zipline at Capucin, snowshoes with departure at the foot of the gîte, the puy de Sancy, the thermal baths of Mont-Dore, skating rink, bowling, town of La Bourboule, nautical base of Lake Chambon,… Shops and services at Mont Dore 3.2km.
