- a fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, coffee maker, raclette set
- a laundry area with a washing machine
- 1 toilet
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a private shower room
Upstairs (mezzanine):
- 2 bedrooms (2 x 1 double bed 140 x 190) and 2 private shower rooms
- 1 restroom
Located right in the center of La Bourboule, 600 m from the thermal baths and the casino, close to all shops: bakery, newsstand, restaurants, bank, movie theater, pharmacy, and swimming pool
Easy parking near the building—and best of all, it’s free
In winter, a shuttle located just 3 minutes away will take you to the base of the Mont Dore slopes.
Pets allowed upon request: 40 € / week
Cleaning deposit: 50 €
You are responsible for cleaning the unit before the exit inspection.
The cleaning deposit will be refunded if the unit has been properly cleaned.
Household linens and sheets are not provided.
However, each sleeping area comes with 1 pillow and 1 comforter, which you will find in the closets.

- Double bed set (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases): 18 € / week
- Single bed set (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase): 15 € / week

Un séjour en famille (4 adultes) en février 2021: parfait !
L'annonce est conforme au lieu. Nous avons apprécié l'esprit chalet et les espaces privatifs de chacun (3 chambres avec SDB), la propreté des lieux. A proximité immédiate du centre de la Bourboule, nous faisions toutes les courses à pied.
Le vrai plus: une flambée de cheminée au retour des pistes !!

Excellente situation pour cet appartement en duplex dans une petite maison ancienne, en plein centre-ville de la Bourboule. Il y a un traiteur et supérette à deux pas, de même la médiathèque (ouverte l'après-midi) et le magnifique parc ne sont pas loin. Appartement très calme. Le duplex a été astucieusement rénové avec l'objectif d'optimiser l'espace. Chaque chambre a sa petite douche et lavabo (mais il ne faut pas abuser de la truffade avant de se glisser dedans). Beau séjour cathédrale. Déco "style chalet" sympa et chaleureuse.
Propriétaire sérieuse et réactive, dame de la conciergerie disponible et arrangeante sur les horaires.
Location parfaite pour une semaine en famille à la montagne.
