About this apartment rental
This magnificent modern apartment completely renovated, with a beautiful view of the Sancy, is ideally located in the heart of the city and close to all amenities and tourist sites.
It is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy the joys of the mountains in a warm and comfortable space.
Ideally located less than 5 minutes walk from the city's interests (casino, thermal baths) and less than 10 minutes by car from natural areas (Mont Dore, sledging, ski slope, natural hot springs).
the apartment is in the city center ideally located close to all shops and tourist sites.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (queen size) in 160x200, the second bedroom is composed of a Murphy bed which allows you to modulate according to your needs and desires the single bed, twin beds or large double bed (king size) in 180x200 and finally it has 1 sofa bed BZ in 140x200 in the living room that can accommodate up to 6 travelers and 1 baby bed can be made available if needed.
It is also composed of a large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. Toaster, microwave,
induction hob, fridge, oven...) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is entirely Non-smoking.
We rent sheets and towels at an extra cost if you wish.

For information, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building.
you must therefore use the stairwell of the building which are common areas of the property and not smoking.
This stairwell has not yet been redone and the walls are therefore not yet very beautiful.
if you wish, we have another apartment on the same landing, up to 6 people too. Do not hesitate to contact me if you are interested in renting both spaces.
