A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 4-zone induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc.
A lounge opening onto the garden
A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

On the mezzanine level, a shower room with double sink
On the first floor:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and chest of drawers

On the second floor:
A relaxation/games area with armchairs, foosball table, etc.
