The apartment - very bright (ceiling 2,85m) is located on the 1st floor of a small building 2 minutes walk from downtown. With a total surface of 75 m2, its composition is 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room with kitchen open to the "American" overlooking a balcony - facing south - 4 m2, 1 bathroom with sink / shower, 1 bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet, 1 separate WC. The apartment is close to activities suitable for families, nightlife, downtown, train station 15 minutes (walk). perfect accommodation for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups.
Smoking: possibility to use the balcony (use of the ashtray required)
