In a hamlet, a large, detached stone house, converted from an old farmhouse, near the owners' house.
Ground floor: large kitchen with dining area, large living room with foosball table and wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), shower room, separate WC, shower room (shower/WC).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), mezzanine converted into a dormitory, overlooking the living room (2 single beds, 115x185 cm). Wi-Fi access. Enclosed garden, shaded terrace. Néris-les-Bains 20 km. Evaux-les-Bains 15 km. Auvergne Volcanoes 50 km.
Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are optional.
Oil-fired central heating and hot water are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid for on-site at the end of your stay. The owner also has a gîte for 6 people, located 4km away in Pionsat (department 63).
