Séjour sympa en famille

L’emplacement est parfait, la possibilité d’amener nos chiens sans supplément, la proximité des pistes de ski et de l’arrêt de but qui mène aux cours d’esf ou au village. L’employée qui s’occupe des 11 appartements a beaucoup de courage pour gérer tout cela et fait vraiment du mieux qu’elle peut pour que tout soit parfait pour tout le monde. Super réactive mais elle n’est pas magicienne.

Le bâtiment est vieillissant, l’eau coulait au niveau de la base de la robinetterie, du vent arrivait par la fenêtre de notre chambre, le manque d’isolation phonique et acoustique

idéal au pied de la piste bois joli

c’est mon deuxième séjour dans l’établissement. J’ai retrouvé avec plaisir Marine et Pierrick qui sont très arrangeants, bienveillants et réactifs. J’ai été très bien accueilli. Alors évidemment la résidence n’est pas neuve, mais est-ce important? je suis surtout venu pour profiter des pistes :)

Accès direct à une piste qui descend sur la station. Au départ des randonnées pédestres. Établissement à taille humaine. Marine très à l’écoute à l’accueil ou par téléphone.

Idéal pour skieurs

Idéalement situé pour les skieurs, seulement quelques pas pour rejoindre le domaine skiable par la piste bois joli ! Magnifique vue sur les montagnes.

Pleins d’équipements disponibles dans le logement (bouilloire, grille pain, etc) mais avec fils trop courts pour les brancher et peu de prises. Il faudrait investir dans des rallonges et multiprises. Rien de fourni (pas de papier toilette, pas d’éponge ni ne liquide vaisselle, …)

Je ne passerai plus par Booking pour mes futurs réservations

Marine s'est très bien occupée de nous et la pauvre elle subit toutes les foudres des personnes passant par Booking en raison d'une annonce mensongère.

Que l'annonce sur votre site soit mensongère, que les photos ne correspondent pas aux logements choisis. Que lorsque vous mettez que le logement a un four, une machine à laver le linge et sèche linge, vous oubliez de dire que le four se trouve dans la salle de jeux et à partager avec les autres locataires, que le lave linge est au sous-sol à partager et que le sèche linge c'est en fait des étendoirs à se partager.

Petit appartement bien pour 2-3 adultes

Emplacement avec vue sur SuperBesse et la région, c'est très beau.

Appartement propre mais il manque quelques équipements pour en faire un lieu parfait, par exemple des ustensiles de cuisine, des petits stocks de base comme huile, sucre.

Malgré tous ces défauts d'équipements, nous avons passés un bon séjour à Superbesse

L'accueil est très bien et très convivial

Par contre les équipements sont trop succincts il manque des choses pour cuisiner ( planche à découpées, des couvercles de casserole, des queues de casserole,des couteau à découper un mini four, des cuillères en bois et ustensiles pour cuisinés .............. enfin pas mal de manque qui rendent la cuisine difficile à faire. Le frigidaire avait des cases de rangement sur la porte qui étaient cassés et inutilisables Des poignés de porte qui se dévissaient et que j'ai revissées Manque d'armoire dans le chambre avec les lits superposés Des rideaux avec la doublure en parti décousus

Heureusement, il y avait une terrasse. (Délabrée mais elle était la quand même)

Le logement est TRES TRES sale. Rien n'a été nettoyé! Il y avait encore de l'eau dans la bouilloire, la cafetière ne fonctionne pas. Les chaises sont cassées, le plafond de la chambre est décroché (ainsi que la terrasse) le frigo sentait très mauvais. Et des toiles d'araignée partout. Vraiment on est resté a l'extérieur même l'odeur a l'intérieur était horrible. Je n'y retournerai pas c'est sur!

À part le sunna juste ça qu'on a aimé surtout après une journée de marche très agréable .

Alors je vous explique pas les matelas qui ne sont pas très confortables que ce soit le petit ou les grands passez une très mauvaise nuit serait bien de penser à investir dans les matelas et les têtes d'oreiller un peu plus propre

Tout , l'accueil, l'aménagement de l'appartement et l'équipement de la cuisine. Un parking , une connexionWi-Fi ,. . . Le tout pour un prix bien inferieur a ceux pratiqués ailleurs a super besse. .. La jeune femme qui nous as accueillis et le propriétaire que l'ona rencontré au depart sont d'ungrand professionnalismeet d'une grande .gentillesse. Je recommande fortement ce lieu. . J'y reviendrais.

Super accueil de Marine, à l'écoute : merci pour l'appareil à raclette. Une vue magnifique sur le Sancy. Au pied de circuit de randonnée. Petit appartement cosy pour trois personnes ( 1 lit double et un canapé) et bien équipé.

Très chaud dans l'appartement, même en ayant baissé les thermostats des radiateurs. Le bâtiment mériterait d'être rafraîchi.
