Good base for exploring the area.

Great views and location, lots of space inside and parking right outside.

Would have preferred to pay via booking.com app than IBAN transfer. Payed extra for cleaning which still worked out good value, but would have preferred it to be just part of the price with proportional increase.

Séjour estival très sympathique !

L’emplacement en plein centre est super si c’est ce qui est recherché. On est proche de toutes les commodités et de sites de loisirs (chemins de randonnée, luge d’été, …). La place de parking est très avantageuse. Malgré la situation centrale, l’appartement est plutôt calme (avec les fenêtres fermées). Les équipements sont de bonne qualité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Comme l’immeuble n’est pas récent, il est vrai qu’on peut entendre les voisins du dessus. Les escaliers sont étroits. Mais ces 2 points ne nous ont pas gênés

Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble

L'appartement est idéalement placé au coeur du village avec sa place de parking réservée (un plus certain !). L'espace de vie (cuisine ouverte/salon) est très bien avec une belle déco et une vue très sympa. La cuisine est bien équipée. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Le manque d'insonorisation vis-à-vis de l'appartement du dessus. La literie avec un petit lit 2 places peu confortable et des rideaux non occultants. Une salle de bain assez petite. Une odeur d'égout dans les parties communes et la salle de bain.

A part les escaliers un peu exigus pour monter au 3ème étage, rien à redire.

Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel

Appartement fonctionnel : douche + baignoire dans la salle de bain ce qui est agréable si on doit laver plusieurs enfants en même temps. Ilot de cuisine bien équipé. Une place de parking gratuit (et à l'ombre !) était présente en bas de l'immeuble, très pratique un jour animé (nous sommes arrivé le jour de la fête de la musique et, qui plus est, avec une météo assez estivale ! Le bruit de la Dordogne qui coule au pied du logement est apaisant :-)

Les escaliers pour accéder à l appartement ne sont pas forcément adaptés pour les personnes qui ont le vertige/de tomber ; attention pour les familles avec enfants bas âge car il n'y a pas de barrière de sécurité (on a mis les valises pour empêcher notre petit de 7 mois de vouloir sortir de l'appartement) ; matelas un peu durs mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir !
