About this cottage rental
Magnificent villa of 120 m2 (5 bedrooms) on 1600m2 garden:
Freedom, calm, independent, tranquility for a dream stay, rest and sweetness up to 12 people.
Want to meet up with friends, family: grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren, you will find what you are looking for.
Near Lac Chambon, Château de Murol, ski resorts.
Many activities: hiking or cycling, swimming, heritage visit: church, castle, caves.
The apartment is located at a place called Le bac halfway between the village of Voissière and the village of Chambon/Lac, on a plot of 10 hectares of which 1600 m² are allocated to the villa. The road passes 300m from the house, and access is possible with a private road.
The accommodation is equipped with:
- A kitchen with a large table, chairs, a stove with oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sink with hot and cold water, a buffet including everything you need for cooking: plates , bowls, cutlery, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, etc.
- A living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player;
- Five bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with double bed (140cm)
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm)
Either 2 to four people per room (two blankets are provided per bed, sheets not provided), a wardrobe, table, chair, bedside lamp
- A storage room with washbasin and WC
- A toilet
- A bathroom with sink and shower
The accommodation is heated with electric heating
It has other elements of comfort such as the exterior with lawn and trees, car park, drying rack and iron, terrace, barbecue with picnic table, swing.
