Perfect for a city trip

The directions received were easy. Communication was good. The key-box was easily found, alas if arrival is at night there is no light which makes it a bit difficult. I was taken aback that there was only one toilet in the apartment (in a cupboard) and the other bathroom/toilet was outside of the apartment on the other side of the staircase. The common room/shared space is nice, the kitchen well equipped and the location is amazing - central and convenient to have underground parking so close.

The fact that there was only 1 en-suite or rather toilet in the flat - in a cupboard,store-room adjastent to the one bed-room. The floor-plan is rather confusing and incomplete.

Great location. Apartment so tastefully done, even though most furniture is just Ikea furniture. Every little detail appointed like a proper hotel. Bathroom was beautiful.

Spacious and airy

Central location right on the walking street, parking is very close and affordable, we paid around 13 euros for two nights stay. The place is spacious and comfortable.

Very few plugs, tiny desk. Not suitable for working remotely. Otherwise great property.

Exceptional

Fantastic location in main shopping mall in town centre. Underground parking only a minute walk away and very cheap, only cost us 5 euro from 20.00 until after 10.00 the next day. The apartment was unusual with the main lounge and kitchen being a communal area shared by the 3 apartments but was a welcoming area with friendly other longer term residents. The main attic area was very nice and had a rooftop balcony which we didn't actually use due to a lightning storm but would be great on a normal day/evening.

Only drawback was a stained sofa but the owner had messaged us to say the cleaner had tried to wash it earlier that day

Excellent centrally located, spacious accommodation.

Ideal space. Interesting concept. We didn’t understand the concept from the listing, but it turned out to be very nice. One floor with a large room with one area as TV and lounging area with comfortable couch and chairs. Adjacent is a dining area with a table and chairs for as many as 10 persons. The last ¼ of the room has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a toilet on this floor.The "appart" is on the next floor with a locked entry with 3 bedrooms. A toilet and a shower room. Those are both accessible in the largest of the bedrooms. There is a separate bath and toilet room on this floor on the opposite side of the landing. The "Loft" is up another ½ flight of stairs with its own keyed entry. We did not visit it since it was occupied. We ate our arrival meal at the restaurant beside the entry. The food and service were both very nice. Free parking is a short walk away behind "la mairie." There is a well-stocked Casino 20m around the corner. The area is quiet at night...no bars.

Higly recommended. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Keys to the apartament were easy to access, we have't seen the owner of the venue. The price worth the stay. We will come back.

We had some problems finding a place to park our car near the venue, eventually find one spot 5 minutes walk.

Great central location, prompt communication with the host via booking.com and sms, very clean

No parking available, but fortunately we found a spot not far away; the shared kitchen as a living room but it was advertised like that so we knew about it

The Loft is fine .Please warn other intending visitors of possible difficulties.

There was no breakfast: we didn't meet our hosts. Location comfort. Hot water, and plentiful.

The access!!! The Loft is on the third floor and there is no lift. We are both not young, stroke victims, and we had great difficulty accessing the accommodation via narrow, steep steps. Had we known this at the outset, we'd have booked elsewhere.

The Loft

The location is very handy for shopping and strolls in the city centre. The shared space has everything one would need for cooking, coffee etc and the space is kept tidy. In the Loft we had a rooftop terrace which was nice since the weather was on our side.

We stayed at the Loft and due to the room having only a sliding atelier door in glass, we could hear the guests of other rooms if they were loud in the shared space which happened one night. That to me was a major negative mark.

Superb

Newly renovated apartment, very spacious (3 bedrooms). Very clean and welcoming, a bit strangely configurated but nice. Two showers, a common kitchen (there is a studio above the apartment), a living area with a TV. Kitchen is nicely equipped with fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. I have not cooked there, but it looked like it was well equipped.

Noisy location. The windows give to the street which is pretty animated during the night. As there is no AC. not possible to close the windows. One bed was really not comfortable and making too much noise.

Great Loft in Awesome Shared House

Location is perfect, central and walkable to Bords d’Allier. Entry and access very well organized. Decorated with personal touches and very nicely. This is NOT a hotel nor is it intended to be! Sharing the space is part of the experience, and the common areas are superb. Thanks, we’ll be back.
