-Ideally located between Cantal and Aveyron, in the heart of the volcanoes of Auvergne, 3km from Raulhac (small town of character) 30 km from Super-Lioran (largest ski area Massif-Central), 9 km Pailherols (small family resort with cross-country skiing, snowshoes), 22km Aurillac, the mazut Lagarde welcome you in a frame combining modern comfort and charm of the old with recent appliances: internet access, LCD TV, DVD player, washer dryer, bedding large quality, insulation and also visible stones and beams, antique furniture, insert (60 € the stere) according to consumption
Approved cottage 3 ears of France, with an area of 150m ², you will find large living spaces and lots of clarity with a magnificent view of the Goul Valley.
For your comfort and tranquility the cottage is heated on arrival, you can take the option beds made on arrival and towels. Electric heating (according to consumption with package of 56kw)
The ground floor includes:
- 1 modern kitchen with island fully equipped, open living room and lounge where you can spend pleasant evenings in front of the fireplace,
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate WC,
- 1 storage room
The floor is composed of:
- 4 bedrooms with dressing room, of which: 1 with 1 bed 2 persons (160x200)
: 2 with 1 double bed (140x200)
: 1 with 3 single beds (90x200)
- 1 spacious bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate WC
- 1 mezzanine with reading area
- 1 storage room
- Available 1 high chair, 1 bath, 1 cot
Outside:
- 2 terraces with garden furniture, (1 south exposure, the 2 north exposure) barbecue, deckchairs, shelter adjoining the cottage (20m2)
