The apartment is type T3, 65m², on the first floor, on the courtyard side of the residence Les Ambassadeurs.
It is close to shops and 200m from the thermal baths.
It has large bay windows that overlooks the courtyard of the building: it is quiet and bright.
The accommodations are composed as follows:
-1 living room/dining room/kitchen: 1 table, 6 chairs, a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a well-equipped kitchen area (fridge, dishwasher, oven and electric hob, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, raclette machine...)
1 living room (which serves as a second bedroom) which is the access room to the accommodation: 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2), 1 sofa, 1 television and a spacious entrance area.
1 bedroom: double bed 140/200 (sleeps 2), 1 armchair, 1 folding cot and 1 television.
1 bathroom: shower and toilet
1 cellar to store your bikes, bike racks, skis...
Free parking in adjacent streets.
The cleaning is to be done by the tenant. In case of cleaning not done the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
