Bright and completely renovated apartment offering a neat decoration, an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and top-of-the-range bedding. Quietly located near the center of La Bourboule, sunny garden with furniture and barbecue.
Comfortable bedding, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, neat decoration and cozy living room, the apartment offers you all the comfort and equipment to make your stay in La Bourboule as pleasant as possible.
With a surface area of 56 m², located on the first (and top) floor, the apartment offers a comfortable and cozy living room and a separate and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with miller, dishwasher, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, hood, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine), with its dining area.
The two large bedrooms can accommodate 5 people: the first bedroom has a double bed (160×200) and the second bedroom has three single beds (80x200). The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with its storage unit and a toilet.
Guests have access to a quiet, sunny communal garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided).
Ski storage and bike racks are also available to guests.
In order to facilitate the holidays of families and children, baby equipment can be offered at an additional cost (high chair, travel cot with real mattress, stroller, etc.).
Parking, which is free, is in front of the house or on the street.
Located on the slopes of the Roche des Fées, offering a view of the Charlannes plateau and the forest, Le nid des Fées benefits from a quiet location, while remaining in the immediate vicinity of the activities of the city center and the Grands Thermes de La Bourboule.
Mont Dore Ski Resort can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. The shuttle bus stop to Mont Dore Ski Resort is located about 650 metres away (8 minutes walk).
The "cleaning fee" includes cleaning at the end of the stay.
For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, these fees are not optional.
Bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost (beds are not made) at the following price:
Double bed pack included 1 duvet cover for 2 people, 1 fitted sheets for 2 people, 2 pillowcases): 18€ per pack
Single bed pack included 1 duvet cover for 1 person, 1 fitted sheets for 1 person, 1 pillowcase): 15€ per pack
Towels: 7€ per person
