Exclusive 3BR Apartment - Historic Center Perugia

We had a very pleasant stay here. The house is in a fantastic, very central location in Perugia, yet it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It was also spick and span and very well kept. Self check-in was convenient and made our arrival easy. The house also opens onto a communal garden, which was a lovely bonus. Although it is shared, we never really saw anyone using it, so it still felt very private and peaceful. A useful tip for anyone arriving by car: the street is pedestrianised, so you cannot drive directly to the property. We parked at Parcheggio Saba Viale Pellini and then took the escalators up towards the centre, which worked very well. Overall, a lovely, spotless house in an excellent location, especially if you want to stay right in the centre of Perugia while still enjoying some peace and quiet.

The only area that could be improved is communication with guests. The property seems quite new on the rental market, so perhaps the owners are still getting used to what information guests need before and during their stay. A little more proactive communication and clearer arrival information would make the experience even better.

Al piano terra, essendo seminterrato, si percepisce un lieve odore di chiuso e di muffa, tipico delle cantine, facilmente risolvibile lasciando aperte le finestre

Un luogo fantastico è uno stile che permette di vivere anche l’atmosfera della città. Ottima posizione. Pulitissimo ed attrezzato con tutto. Letti comodi. Silenzioso. Bagni accoglienti. Bella e funzionale anche la cucina. Un piccolo giardino permette anche un gradevole relax. Consigliatissimo.

Consiglierei all’host di essere più chiaro in anticipo su come gestire l’auto in caso di arrivi con questo mezzo. Consiglierei anche, vista la presenza di macchina per caffè, di lasciare qualche capsula di benvenuto, così come qualche bottiglietta d’acqua, piccole coccole che rendono indimenticabile il soggiorno.
