Very nice apartment in the city center

Good and fast contact with the host. Great view from the terrace. Two separate bedrooms with the bathroom for each one. There is the third bed in the living room, but not so comfortable as the other ones. Apartment is located in the city center, close to everything. A lot of space to keep your stuff. Apartment is on the 4th floor, but this is clearly stated in the offer.

Although the kitchen is nice, with new equipment (oven, microwave) it should be better equipped. Cooking for the family might be challenging, but this can be easily solved ;)

La posizione sicuramente è il punto forte dell’appartamento e anche il piccolo terrazzo ha una bella vista

L’appartamento era pieno di profumino che ho eliminato perché allergica ma poi ho compreso il perché .Nel salotto e in uno dei due bagni ,che non abbiamo utilizzato perché gelido ,vi è un odore poco gradevole.Un bagno e una delle due camere da letto impossibile da utilizzare perché freddi ma tanto.Gentile Lorenzo che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli.Basterebbe un po’ di manutenzione in più ma poco per essere super anche perché alcuni arredi sono belli.

Consigliatissimo

L'appartamento è stupendo, ancora meglio che nelle fotografie. Grande e ben arredato, si trova in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Il terrazzo sui tetti è bellissimo! Nell'appartamento ci sono tutte le comodità, una cucina grande e attrezzata e armadi capienti in ogni stanza. La TV ha tutte le principiali piattaforme e ci si può collegare direttamente con il proprio account. Il wifi funziona bene ed è potente. Abbiamo trovato anche dei giochi da tavolo (e una super scacchiera!) con i quali mio nipote (di 5 anni) si è divertito molto. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale (Piazza IV novembre) e la procedura di checkin è semplice e veloce. Gli host sono sempre disponibili su wa e molto gentili. Ci è dispiaciuto aver soggiornato solo due notti!

Non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto ma, in caso qualcuno avesse difficoltà a deambulare, segnalo che per raggiungere la Suite è necessario fare le scale a piedi (circa 3 piani e mezzo). Noi abbiamo apprezzato anche le scale perché il palazzo è molto bello.

se tornassi a perugia soggiornerei ancora in questo appartamento

appartamento molto bello e ben arredato, decisamente spazioso (in sei siamo stati più che bene) con un bel terrazzino a tetto con una bella vista comfort: presente prodotti per il bagno, macchina del caffè con cialde, acqua......... posizione: ottima per raggiungere il centro di perugia a piedi, buona per arrivare ad uno dei parcheggi a pagamento host: disponibilissimo e gentile letti comodi chicca: trovare le pedine degli scacchi giganti per giocare sul pavimento a piastrelle bianche/nere

pulizia: buona ma migliorabile (vista la stagione forse l'appartamento non era vissuto da un po' e abbiamo trovato qualche "gattino" di polvere vagante, il piano lavandino di un bagno un po' impolverato.........); per essere precisi nulla di che, è bastata una passata veloce con della carta divano letto molto scomodo anche per un ragazzo ed un bambino temperatura sempre leggermente al di sotto del comfort

Struttura molto bella e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Posizione strategica.

La struttura ha gli spazi idonei ad ospitare 6 persone, ma il divano letto è decisamente da sostituire. Purtroppo le persone destinate a dormirci sopra non hanno avuto un buon ricordo della vacanza . Peccato sarebbe stata una vacanza perfetta…

Fantastico

L'appartamento è davvero spazioso e confortevole, due camere di cui una con stanza armadio, due bagni, cucina, soggiorno grandissimo, terrazzo con vista magnifica. 64 gradini senza ascensore, ma ne vale davvero la pena. A due passi da Via dei Priori, tutto a portata di mano.

La pulizia dei bagni impeccabile, ma negli altri ambienti migliorabile.
