Perfect stay near Perugia
Peaceful and relaxing stay. Clean, with a beautiful pool and very close to Perugia’s city centre. Staff were friendly and down to earth.
Private spa access would have been nicer. With others around, it felt a bit less relaxing as some used it more to hang out.

A peaceful retreat
We are on a long road trip through Italy and this has been the best place we stayed at by far. Lovely atmosphere, very peaceful and calm, really nice staff too! Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very well appointed. The spa facilities were wonderful and the outdoor pool was a really good size and was set in the beautiful garden area.
Possibly a bit close to the road so there was occssional traffic noise. The air-condioning in the room seemed good, but the control panel was a bit quirky and took a bit of working out. Choices at breakfast were limited, unless you like lots of cake!

Extremely disappointing and misleading – avoid this place at all costs
Absolutely nothing!
We booked the most expensive suite at Le Cappuccinelle expecting a peaceful, high-quality stay. What we received was the exact opposite: false advertising, no service, and a sleepless night. There was no pool view as advertised – the room looked into a service courtyard behind the kitchen. That alone would have been disappointing, but the real problem began at night: • No reception or staff present after 10 PM (despite the hotel claiming to offer 24/7 service) • Loud music played around the pool all night, making sleep impossible • We were the only guests near the pool – so of course no one else “complained” • The next morning, no breakfast, no check-out assistance, no staff again When we reported this, the owners offered us either a massage or a dinner as “compensation” – which is absurd, since we paid for a night of sleep and a specific room category. This was a clear contract violation. We left the hotel immediately after the first night and have filed a formal complaint. We documented everything: videos, photos, messages – and are now pursuing legal action. Booking.com should immediately delist this property or at least investigate the serious discrepancies between what is promised and what is delivered. We urge Booking.com to take responsibility and refund us, as they processed the payment. This is not just a bad experience – this is consumer deception.

Very nice stay near Perugia
Room and bathroom were quite spacious and felt very clean! Staff was also super nice and kind. The hotel is located ~15-20min from Perugia and 25-30 min from Assisi, so a nice option if you’re planning to visit the main cities in Umbria.
We felt Breakfast could be better (it’s not bad, but it just felt way too simple/basic for the overall price paid). The restaurant (Flora) is good and with friendly service - they have another restaurant but it’s not open during low season (my understanding at least). Just bear in mind that I guess even the Flora restaurant is not open every day - perhaps worth checking it if you’re planning to stay in a hotel with a restaurant always open

We could hear the cars passing by, was it the high way? As a place to relax and for its price, it needs to work on more in details. Breakfast was like a business hotel. The open kitchen was better not to be seen. The room was dark.

Beautiful setting. Relaxing environment with a lovely pool and surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. Handy position for Perugia.
