Beautiful, tranquil and very private setting. The apartment was spacious with very nice living/ dining kitchen are which was well equipped with a proper oven too. The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. The location was ideal for exploration no Umbrian villages. Friendly informal atmosphere and we were free to walk in the extensive grounds
The area generally- this was not specific to the property- is rural and therefore a lot of small biting insects. Guests just need to be prepared with defensive spray!

Wat een prachtige lokatie, verdient meer dan een 10. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schitterend uitzicht en dicht bij Perugia gelegen.

The atmosphere of the place and its position just outside Perugia but on a huge price of land with great gardens you felt you were in the country but only 10 mins drive to the old town parking
The view from the room across the valley was beautiful
The shower blocked up the first night but they fixed it immediately and properly

Beautiful property and view, very comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and laundry). The owner was very helpful and responsive. The pool was small but great for afternoon cool-downs. We had a wonderful stay.
Keep in mind that the accommodations are not in the main building (shown in the photos), but the low building on the side. The pool is quite small (we enjoyed it, but it’s not for swimming). There were a lot of mosquitos when we went and the AC was a bit weak.
