From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this home is something special.



Step into the spacious boot room, complete with plenty of storage for coats, walking boots, and outdoor gear. Beneath your feet, a spectacular glass floor reveals a beautifully illuminated waterfall flowing beneath the house – an incredible architectural feature that immediately sets the tone for what’s to come. A convenient downstairs WC is also located here.



A few steps lead you into the breathtaking living room, where vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and limestone flooring create a warm yet contemporary atmosphere.
