About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), a floor area of 135 m² and accommodation for up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living room with TV and open fire (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×200) on the ground floor, with its own shower room
- A separate toilet on the ground floor
- Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×200)
- A bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200)
- A bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds, 90 × 200)
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) with a TV, and a baby area with a cot
- A bathroom with a bath upstairs
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and baby bath, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
The centre of Erquy is a 5-minute drive away, and the centre of Pléneuf Val André is 10 minutes away.
The nearest beach is just 2 minutes away...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which has space for three vehicles.
