Comfortable and well-equipped holiday home

Comfortable and well-equipped holiday home

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this property in early August (2017). The house is located between Erquy and the surrounding beaches on the northern end of the peninsula. In terms of distances, the closest beaches in one direction and the town of Erquy in the other direction are about 30 min walk. Mostly we drove to the beach due to the inevitable bag loads of beach and swimming games and paraphernalia. There was ample (and free) parking for the beaches, even the beach directly in Erquy. The house itself had apparently been renovated the previous year, and certainly the rooms, fixtures and fittings were with only minor signs of wear and tear. The house was well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner (useful for removing sand that the kids dragged in), amongst other things. The kitchen was equally well fitted, with everything needed for cooking and entertaining 12 people. The availability of a barbecue was a nice addition. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it was certainly a bonus to have en suite showers/sinks in two of the rooms, plus two separate toilets and an additional bathroom (for the bedroom on the ground floor). The only negative thing to report about the house is that because of the style of build the rooms were not very well sound-proofed, so as soon as one our kids was awake in the morning, the whole household followed soon after. Related to that, on days when the weather was not so inviting, the house could get rather chilly in the evening, although radiators are in place it got too cold (we never used them though). Our interactions with the landlord/owner (via correspondences, but never in person) were all positive. They were quick to answer our questions and very accommodating (even organising a high-chair and travel cot for our toddler). We had no problems with receiving a refund on the security deposit, which was reimbursed immediately upon vacating the property. On the whole, this house can be highly recommended. The location is great, the town of Erquy is very quaint, and surrounding coastline is breathtaking, with beautiful beaches that are ideal for families. We can highly recommend this property.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans une maison spacieuse, bien équipée, très lumineuse et optimale pour 11-12 personnes. Bonne localisation pour découvrir Le Cap d'Erquy et ses environs. Facile d'entretien pour ne pas passer son temps aux tâches ménagères et profiter amplement de son séjour. Il est vrai que le moindre bruit s'entend dans toute la maison, mais à 11 c'est normal. Parfaite!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison est très bien située ( à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Erquy , des jolies promenades au départ du Cap d'Erquy, du centre commercial....) . Parfaitement équipée, fonctionnelle, propre, spacieuse... Idéale pour un groupe d'amis. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité de cette location . Communication de qualité avec la propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'accueil ( réponses rapides et bon contact). Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci pour tout !

Maison parfaite pour 12 personnes. Salle de bain à l'étage dans les chambres parentale, impeccable. Cuisine au top pour une grande famille. Emplacement de la maison bien située, voiture nécessaire. Erquy village tranquille au mois d'avril. Très nombreuses promenades à faire. Magnifiques endroits à voir.

On est venu à 12, un groupe d'amis pour les estivales de volley des côtes d'armor et on a adoré la maison, elle est superbe et très bien située. La propriétaire est très sympathique, nous ne l'avons pas rencontrée mais les échanges avec Rémi Turcan (celui qui avait fait la réservation) se sont bien déroulés. Je recommande vivement ! Nous voulions réserver cette année aux mêmes dates mais le logement est déjà pris, nous sommes tristes de n'avoir pu l'avoir mais espérons que les locataires du moment apprécierons tout autant que nous la maison.
