About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a private pool for rent in Erquy. It has a surface area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has a lovely 1,080 sq ft living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 16,400 sq ft. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and linens are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
In the basement:
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a second bunk bed (sleeps 3), and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
On the ground floor:
- A private heated indoor swimming pool, 10m x 4.5m, open from April to October
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood provided at an extra charge), sofas
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area
- A separate toilet
- A veranda with a dining area
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,500 m² enclosed private garden
- A 60 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 5 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 25 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 1 hour 30 minutes away

- Sheets and towels included.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay (only one pet allowed). Please specify when booking.
