About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 167 m² timber-frame house with Wi-Fi for rent in Erquy. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m².
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A large living room with : TV, sofas, armchairs, dining area. The living room opens onto the south-facing terrace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master suite (bedroom 1) with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom. The suite also opens onto the terrace.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Landing with table football
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, raclette machine.
And to suit every situation, each room has a desk. Depending on requirements, the ceilings can be heated or cooled.
Outside :
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden
- South-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Erquy, 15 minutes' walk from the town centre and 15-20 minutes' walk from the beaches, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
