About this house rental
Relax in comfort and style in this 3 bedroom home with a pool that puts Paihia and the Bay of Islands at your doorstep while being secluded in a bush back drop with indulgent sea views. This is barefoot luxury set in tranquility. Enjoy the huge outdoor deck, indoor and outdoor dining with a BBQ, a wonderful kitchen and the best technology with smart TV`s, Gigabit wifi and a complementary EV charger. Only 3 minutes drive to Paihia. A separate cottage is also available to book.
The house is on 3 floors.
- The first floor has the front entrance and a 2 car garage with a level 2 32 amp EV charger
- The second floor has a large living area, indoor dining, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and outdoor decks and BBQ.
- The third floor has the master bedroom and ensuite , two more bedrooms with an additional shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs for relaxation. The pool deck is accessed through the master bedroom.
The driveway from the street entrance is fully sealed.
The last section of the driveway is steep and has a corner which requires a little more effort to negotiate. Additional parking space for 2 vehicles is further down the driveway.
The pool is heated November through April and for an additional nightly fee can be heated on request outside of the summer months
- The person that made the reservation must stay at the property. No third party booking unless previously approved.
