Good for one night but not great value for a longer stay

Parking was a problem for second car, got accosted by neighbour because we parked in a guest car park. Also manager living on site underneath took up some of the parking spaces. No dustpan or brush, no teapot, only one tea towel, not enough mixing bowls Was very hot without blinds

For a magical break in Paihia and the Bay of Islands there is no better option.

Great property, great location and a really welcoming and excellent host. The elevated property has an amazing view over Pomare Bay and into the Bay of Islands.
