The location was right on the waterfront, close to Paihia and just across the bridge from Waitangi - very convenient for both walking and travelling by car. The views were spectacular, the property was spacious and was fairly well stocked. The living and dining space was very cosy as well.
It is a well-used and well-loved property, so showing some wear and tear in places. While it was pretty clean and fit for purpose, the property could do with a deep clean and tidy up as well. The beds are very hard, which isn't a bad thing in itself, but took a while to get used to.
