About this house rental
From the time you arrive you will be greeted with the WOW factor, a totally refurbished property with an extensive deck which overlooks the most stunning water views. Relax on the deck and watch tall ships, yachts, dolphins and (if you're lucky) orcas make their way up and down the channel in front of the house.
This property has been recently renovated with a new kitchen; extended living area; enlarged deck; interior decorating and the list goes on and on. The large master bedroom has panoramic views with a newly renovated en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. It also has plenty of room for a travel cot and other baby paraphernalia if required.
Paihia townsfolk are famous for their friendly and welcoming character. The town is a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from the house and all its amenities and restaurants are there to explore.
It is the perfect holiday home this "Ahuru Mowai" - a comfortable relaxing haven. The ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Bay of Islands and beyond.

Parking for 2 cars only - other vehicles will need to park on Veronica Street roadside.
Please leave the house clean and tidy, a $100 cleaning fee is chargeable should the property be left in a particularly untidy state.

It’s a lovely house in an excellent, very quiet position. The fire was a much appreciated touch on the couple of very wet days we had. Kitchen was very well equipped and the Nespresso coffee was awesome.
