Modern Studio by Stay With Us

Fabulous modern apartment close to everywhere in a great safe neighborhood. Kitchen facilities had everything needed and the bed is clean and super comfortable. Couches are nice for relaxing on also. We really enjoyed our stay here as a base to explore Manchester - so easy to walk to downtown, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping, tram and other transport. Hosts gave clear instructions and made sure we felt welcome.

My only small gripe is checkin. Firstly it’s not till 4pm and they didn’t send the actual details til nearly 4:30. Then you have to pickup and drop off the key (with a whole separate webpage/app) at a nearby convenience store a short walk from the apartment, which is a little strange and cumbersome. But that’s my only concern, we loved it otherwise and highly recommend.

Location. Was so close to the centre. Very clean. Easy to navigate. Pool facility. Clean Towels. Everything we needed for 2 nights.

Communication with host. Arrived at 4pm (check in time) only to find they hadn’t given us the key code. Texted at 11am on the day to inform them we were on route but didn’t reply until 20 minutes of us waiting outside the shop. Again when receiving instructions about check out. Never specified where to take them. Messaged a few times throughout the stay, and they never replied.
