Great location close to the city centre. Plenty of parking nearby. Really nice modern property. Everything you need to enjoy your stay!
First day was difficult to find the property as it wasn’t clearly numbered to get to, however the person meeting us there was really good and helpful at helping us find it and came out to find us.

Changement d'appartement et appartement non prêt à notre arrivée.
Hôte difficilement joignable.
Obtention des clés après 18h alors qu'on est arrivé à 17h.

The location was ideal for getting Ubers etc, nice big apartment with plenty of space for 4 people. All utilities worked that we needed. Great safety in building, you need a fob to get through any door. Plenty storage space is needing to unpack for a longer stay. (Only 3 coat hangers per room though)
We had 4 of us staying in the apartment and after 2 showers the water was cold so 2 people had to have freezing cold showers.
There was only 4 towels to do us Friday - Monday.
No bin bags or dishwasher tablets which would be helpful.
Overall it was clean but there was mouldy bread left in the cupboard, dirty socks under the couch, confetti left from a previous stay and carpets needed a good hoover.

We were informed on the way to Manchester that this property wasn’t going to be available for us as they had lost the key overnight and didn’t have a spare. They gave us another property, which was only a short journey away, and to be fair, it was a nice comfortable property.
We didn’t get to stay here as they lost the key so I’m unsure on what Greengate is like.
We had to wait outside the building for 2+ hours whilst they got somebody to come and clean the apartment.
They offered to give us a refund for the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill, but I’m still waiting on that, despite several messages. And our trip was nearly one month ago.
Overall, communication and the wait time could have been improved.
