Lovely house in a nice quiet area with easy parking. Big and well furnished. Lots of space. Walking distance to central Manchester. Felt safe.
There were a couple of spots where the house could do with some tlc but nothing that spoilt or stay or impacted use of anything. The walk in shower door didn't close properly. That's the only thing we'd change.

The house had a nice big living room, with a big TV that was what we were looking for. The bedrooms were serviceable and there was plenty of parking. The WiFi was fast and good quality. For what we paid, the quality was about what we expected and it'd be great for stag/hen dos and festivals.
The place needs a bit of TLC. The downstairs bathroom door didn't close properly, all of the windows were a bit sticky, and the bathrooms generally needed a clean and a coat of paint. A couple of lights weren't working right. The washing machine was broken but we didn't need to use it. The area is a bit noisy (neighbours and a pet rooster). These are out of the host's control and did make us feel better about being up late.
