Great location but awful service
It didn’t seem like the staff had any idea about short stay guests. It took 40 minutes to check in, including a complete building tour as though I was moving in. There were no towels or toilet paper, and when requested I was told they were not provided. The faq list states towels are provided, along with kitchen supplies- there was a single plate in my kitchen. I had to go to the gym to use the toilet. Finally check out also took 40 minutes while they took an inventory and complained I had not cleaned the bathroom or stripped the bed. I also checked the faq for this and it is not listed. Room is decent and the location is great, but otherwise to be avoided for short stays.
