Charming villa with private pool in Pollensa town!

Probably one of the best-located properties in Mallorca, this elegant villa sits atop Pollensa's traditional old town, just steps from the exclusive Calvario area, offering breathtaking views over the town below. Finished to a very high standard and boasting a spectacular private pool, this villa is a true gem not to be missed! The villa is within easy walking distance of Pollensa's charming old town and just a short drive from the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa.



The entrance gate leads to a patio with a lovely seating area and garden. The main door opens into the dining room, featuring beautifully decorated walls and large windows overlooking the terrace. From the dining room, an archway leads to the bright and spacious living room with large windows offering stunning views over the town of Pollensa. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has a door to a covered terrace (pergola) that provides direct access to the barbecue area and pool (via stairs). Just off the hallway are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms share a spacious dressing room and a full bathroom. Below the external stone steps, there is a double bedroom with a full shower and direct access to the covered terrace. There is also a second living room on this level, with direct access to the covered terrace. This terrace is attractively furnished with comfortable patio furniture.



The inviting swimming pool, surrounded by paved terraces, offers stunning views over Pollensa's old town and is equipped with sun loungers, blinds, a barbecue, and a table for al fresco dining while admiring the views.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Air conditioning is free in some rooms from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Please note:



In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On departure day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests are responsible for removing all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste disposal fee will apply.



Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.
