C´an Neri is a gorgeous, recently renovated townhouse in the historic centre of Pollensa old town
Conveniently located just minutes from the famous Calvario steps and Plaça Seglars with its lovely candlelit restaurants, it is also just 5 minutes walk from the main square, full of restaurants and bars - a great place to unwind and watch the world go by
The owners, a creative couple from Barcelona, have furnished the house to a very high standard, full of character. It has been given a full make-over, including new air conditioning and luxurious lighting throughout. Guests will love the stylish touches
Outside there is a large, outdoor dining terrace, patio and a raised pool which is just perfect for cooling off on warm, sunny days
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a Smart TV and a wood burning stove for the winter months, a dining room and a charming, fully equipped kitchen
The townhouse sleeps 6 guests. There is a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a good-sized master bedroom - including a small desk, if you need to work from home - and a large sun terrace offering wonderful views across the terracotta rooftops to the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower extension. There is also a charming twin bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower
Pollensa offers a wide variety of charming restaurants, cafés and shops as well as a popular Sunday market. There really is something for everyone!

We Loved the terraces and the cosy living room with lots of candles. Just parking is not so easy in the narrow streets. Better to Park in the big parking place and go for a short walk.
