About this house rental
Fantastic town house, located in the old town of Pollensa.
The house has three floors, has 4 bedrooms in total.
On the ground floor you will find an open room, without separations. There is a dining room with an oak table where 8 people can eat widely. A room with built-in satellite TV and a fully equipped open kitchen, with a beautiful stone table. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor. In the inner courtyard there is a nice pool where you can relax, sunbathe on the sun loungers or have a quiet dinner with your family or friends.
It is a house, totally new, finished in 2013, has air conditioning throughout the house, TV with satellite in the living room and in the master bedroom.
The charm of this house has been taken care of, offering comfort but trying to preserve the charm of the typical Mallorcan houses. The staircase is a really careful and important piece of the house, the first section is made of Mallorca stone and the second section is made up of a long piece of bent iron, all wrapped in exposed stone walls.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and own terrace overlooking the pool, another bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two double beds and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub.
There is a nice bedroom located on the second floor that has a bathroom en suite, dressing room and private terrace with sun loungers. From this terrace, you can see the Puig de Maria, the Calvary and the tower with the clock of the church. From up here, you can also see the patio with pool.

A really well presented and comfortable home, a few minutes from the main plaza. Xisco the owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended and we will definitely return here.

We were on Mallorca for some post-season cycling. Knowing Pollença to be an excellent base for cycling this property was ideally positioned for cycling in and out whilst also being perfectly located for strolling to a choice of town centre restaurants and bars.
Xisco was a great communicator and the house was perfect for a group of up to 4 friends who each want their own space - with 2 of the bedrooms having their own private terrace for a post-cycling sunbathed sleep! We conveniently kept our bikes in the large open plan living / dining space on the ground floor
Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property as it was ideally suited to walk to the centre of town easily but far enough away to be peaceful. Xisco was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome. All the bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage and the top floor suite was very spacious with an amazing balcony, generous bathroom and plenty of closet space. The ground floor was modern, open plan and light and a cool respite from the heat of the day.
The outside area was a peaceful sun trap for lounging and dining and the pool was just the right size for cooling off in with a good book. I would definitely book this again.

An excellent property ideally located in Pollença old town. Great size rooms with generally plenty of space for 6-8 adults.
Xisco communicated very well before, during and after.
