CASA OASIS

De accomodatie is heel smaakvol ingericht, is zeer compleet (alles is aanwezig) de bedden zijn fijn en er was een ontbijt voor de eerste ochtend. Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo naar het leuke centrum van Pollença.

Eigenlijk niets! Echt een aanrader deze airbnb. Het enige nadeel is dat je niet kunt parkeren, maar dat is duidelijk aangegeven vooraf. Wij hebben de auto altijd net buiten het dorpje geparkeerd en liepen zo'n 450 meter naar de airbnb, dit was voor ons geen enkel probleem.

Beautiful property, tastefully restored and decorated and great facilities. The best spaces were the open plan lounge / diner / kitchen and the top floor bedroom with private terrace. It's quite rare also to find a property where every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. We loved the location in the town as well.

What let's this property down is how it's managed. Absolutely no welcome items were left. The first thing we had to do on arriving was go out and find a supermarket to purchase 5 x hand soaps for each bathroom, washing up liquid, detergent, kitchen roll etc. Feels like "penny pinching" by not providing these essentials. It's a little unhygienic to not have any soap in the house. Additionally, the house is littered with unnecessarily pass-ag notices e.g. "the maid must start cleaning at the latest by 10am, a job made impossible with half packed suitcases and children running around", "if we detect overconsumption of energy, we will deduct it from the damage insurance", "when leaving there should no rubbish left in the house or we will penalise you with 50 euros". The latter notice about rubbish we found inconvenient since there is no daily collection, so on the last day we had to take the final bag of litter with us in the car. Not ideal. Not sure why the cleaning service can't handle the waste from the final 24 hours.

Location was perfect. Extremely central. Very well equiped. We noticed we were short of glasses and messaged Nord Villas. They arranged delivery the next morning. Great service. Casa Oasis is a lovely townhouse. Struggled to fault it! All 4 bedrooms en-suite. Bedroom on top floor is fabulous!

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichetet. Bei Problemen wurde versucht sofort zu helfen. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, das w-lan ist perfekt.

Dies ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, der Ablauf in der Dusche könnte besser funktionieren. Alles andere Perfekt.
