Can Pep by Sealand Villas

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the villa, the photos in our opinion the photos do not do this place justice. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, the pool area was glorious and we spent lots of our time here. The location was great, Pollenca is beautiful and it is just a short walk to the centre. In terms of parking, we were typically able to find a spot outside the villa which made things easy on hot days. We felt lucky to have found this house and we would absolutely stay again.

The check-in time was very late at 5pm. Hair dryer only worked for a few minutes at a time. Kitchen wasn’t stocked brilliantly, for example there were no tea towels and only a couple of sachets of salt /pepper/oil were provided for 5 days and 7 guests. The pool seemed to turn the towels and our white clothing a funny shade of orange, I wonder whether the chemicals were slightly off?

- The house has lots of space and is located beatiful near the center of Pollença directly beneath Hiking Trail GR221. - the house and the Pool got cleaned quite often

- the heating of the living room didnt work, took Sealand Villas 2 days to get us some wood for the oven since the heating remained broken. - the villa is not very comfy. It echoed in the rooms and they were not really lovingly furnished. - the kitchen could use some more Equipment - it didnt feel really private, since there was people coming to and in the house without ringing the bell to clean the house / Pool. Sometimes they came in by the garden door and just stood right in the living room. Would have been very nice if it got cleaned if demanded as said by Sealand Villas. - Sealand Villas had some technicial issues so we got all their mails very often, like arrival instructions were sent to me around 15 times. That was quite annoying. - The showers could be decolded and the Suspensions repaired - the toilet brushes are broken
