Excellent séjour, maison spacieuse avec une petite piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir, la terrasse sur le toit est magique, l'emplacement dans le village parfait avec le bémol du stationnement mais on ne peut pas tout avoir... L'agence qui gère la location est disponible et réactive. On a adoré ce logement

Downstairs bathroom needs an upgrade. Kitchen needs upgrade. Needs hand rail to roof terrace for safety - one of our party had a fall on steps but fortunately did not incur serious damage. Acces to roof terrace via bedroom

1) Location is excellent - in Pollensa village, great view from top terrace (especially at night) … only thing is parking a real pain (not big deal for us, but may be for some) 2) Staff/hosts very responsive and helpful (thank you Maria) 3) House generally well oufitted (a few comments on aircon - see below)

1) Aircon only in bedrooms, and 2 of the 4 units did not function very well. Did not help that we were there on 35+ degree days. (I have reported this to the staff;suggested they fix 2 of the a/c units, add one to living or kitchen, and at least provide some standard ventilation fans to get air moving) 2 Parking we could deal with, but those not a costumed to narrow village streets, steep inclines, many one ways and then having to park far away and walk - be warned! Otherwise was great. Decent place that served the purpose for our family!
