🍽️ A kitchen that opens onto the living room. Equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
🛋️ Comfortable living room with a large TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), and a sofa. You also have access to the outdoor patio.
🛏️ The first bedroom upstairs is a large master suite with a large 160-cm double bed, a large shower, a vanity with two sinks, and storage space. A half-bath is also available upstairs.
🛏️ The second bedroom can be opened up to or closed off from the living area. It features a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two people.
🛁 The second bathroom, adjacent to the second bedroom, features a shower, a vanity unit, and a separate toilet.

The property is close to parking lots (train station parking lot, Bonlieu parking lot, Courrier parking lot, etc.). The train station parking lot and the Bonlieu parking lot offer multi-day parking passes. These passes are available at the reception desks of the various parking lots between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
The entire property is available for rent and is fully private for guests.
