"Le petit bonlieu" au centre ville et à 300 m du lac

The location was fabulous, 10minutes to Annecy Lake, the bread shop is underneath the apartment, close to shops, restaurants and it was a very comfortable stay as the air conditioner works perfectly well especially for our summer vacation, a proper wall mounted air conditioner, no noise at all. Estelle was a great host, very helpful with providing us information about parking options that helps to keep our parking fees affordable. It was a bit tricky as the parking staff via intercom has limited English & English option on the screen kept reverting back to French, at the end got help from a local woman to speak via the intercom😄. Clear communication with access to the apartment, retrieving keys were convenient and easy directly across the apartment in a secret hidden location. Apartment was spacious enough to sit at the dinning table when the sofa bed being used. It is a modern apartment with nice bathroom, proper shower facilities, washing machine, coffee machine, etc overall well equipped accommodation. No issues with door locks. It was just perfect 👌🏾 The host is very responsive, responses received in a timely manner with queries as she was very helpful with an item that was left behind in the apartment.
