Only 7 miles away, the enchanting Aira Force Waterfall awaits, nestled within ancient woodland. Experience the region from a different perspective by taking a boat between the villages of Howtown (4 miles) and Glenridding (8.5 miles). This scenic 6.5-mile trail was one of Wordsworth's favourite walks, offering breathtaking views of Ullswater and Helvellyn.

In spring, you might see lambs in the fields while you unwind in the comfortable seating area by another crackling wood burner. Upstairs, three bedrooms await with feature beams, one with an en-suite shower and WC, and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower over.Step outside to the large, enclosed garden with an extensive lawn and patio. A shed provides storage for bikes and sports equipment, while a charming garden house, perched overlooking fields and fells, offers the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful countryside, even on chilly nights.
