The place was immaculate and very welcoming
Tbh there wasn't much not to like - only grumble would be internet was poor at times (we had a few days bad weather so stuck indoors). Didn't spoil our holiday as we didn't come for the internet but if it could be improved it would be perfect

The beds are so comfortable, I suffer with arthritis in my spine and hip, so I dread if the beds are not comfy, but I'm not exaggerating, the comfiest mattress ever!
I even pulled the sheet back to find what make it
was.
Absolutely fantastic views of the lake and mountains to the front, and hills and sheep and horses to the back of the property, beautiful š
If I had to find a negative it would be, the toaster!
I burnt so many slices, i couldn't get the right setting, Definitely need better ones.

We liked the accommodation.
We didn't like the fact that ALL facilities on site were closed and we WERE NOT made aware of this. Didn't like the staff response when we asked about facilities at reception. Didn't like the response when emailed directly, awful customer services!
