The tower's location provides easy access to the market square with its cobbled streets, independent shops, friendly pubs, and good restaurants. Alnwick Castle and Gardens are worth visiting, with the treehouse restaurant offering an enjoyable dining experience. The beautiful Northumberland coastline is within easy reach, featuring lovely locations such as Alnmouth, Warkworth, Embleton, and Bamburgh, ideal for picnics among the sand dunes. Holy Island is accessible via the causeway for those wanting to venture further. This intimate accommodation sleeps two, with no pets or children permitted due to the unique nature of the building.

The first floor houses a contemporary open-plan kitchen/diner with large arched windows that bring natural light into the space. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and Tassimo coffee machine. An island provides a spot for breakfast, while the dining table works well for evening meals. A mezzanine above the kitchen offers views of the town, castle, and surrounding countryside, with a cushioned window seat and bookcase. The second floor contains a comfortable lounge with a large sofa and Smart TV, alongside a bright bathroom with shower and WC. The bedroom occupies the second mezzanine, wrapping around two sides of the tower and overlooking the lounge, with a super-king zip-and-link bed that can be configured as twins upon request.
The tower's position offers excellent views from every floor, with the east window providing a clear view of Alnwick Castle, particularly striking at dawn and when lit at night. The mezzanine areas are good spots for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Free on-street parking is available nearby, though people should note that access to the accommodation involves a steep, very narrow winding stone staircase, making large suitcases impractical.
