Location and decor were exceptional.Very spacious and comfortable.loved the pool table and the complimentary treats :)

Had a little trouble getting the upstairs heating to work but this was our error and got it sorted before the end of our stay.

Quirky little flat in centre of town

Nice house very much as it appears on the photos. Great communication from the owner, who was very responsive to our questions and comments. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge and kitchen. Very comfortable mattresses on both double beds. Not too noisy overnight considering its position on the main road. Very handy indeed for the castle and all amenities including Morrisons.

Perfect location with all you need.

The location is perfect. Local pubs. Mumbai Indian restaurant was lovely. Trips to Seahouses. Evening meal at The pub in Rennington.

Trying to find an all day parking. We ended up in a street a bit away near The John Bull pub.

Central, fun apartment with really helpful hosts

Quirky and fun apartment in the middle of town. It was easy to get to, and easy to park on the street outside. The sitting room was light, airy and comfortable. There was everything we needed, and so much to look at! And lots of information about the area, as well as clear helpful instructions about accessing the property.

Great location and no problems finding free public parking. Property was clean and cosy. Lots of things to do within walking distance or short drive.

Noise from the high street (late at night). However, infrequent.

Great location, perfect balance between holiday apartment & ‘home’. Good layout, equipped with everything you need and more. Thoughtfully decorated and styled.

Used the downstairs bedroom and mattress could have been comfier. Still slept well so more of a suggestion rather than a requirement.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Lovely spacious flat, quirky interesting decore which we loved, well equipped and very homely plus pool table and games a great addition. Fantastic location lots of cafes restaurants literally on the door stop, did a bit of Xmas shopping in the gift shops, castle 5 mins walk, lovely wild unspoilt beaches nearby. So much better value than the hotels. Thanks for the chocolates too much appreciated after a very long drive from London.

Quirky apartment in lovely town

Close to shops and restaurants. Quirky retro decoration. Easy access to the surrounding area. Less than 5 miles from the beach. Well equipped kitchen and thoughtful welcome pack.

All beds were too soft for us. No designated parking. Shower pressure was quite low.

Excellent apartment beautifully decorated in a fabulous location in the centre of town. Alnwick is a lovely thriving town with lots of restaurants and shops in the heart of beautiful Northumberland.

De locatie is fijn en het is prettig dat het zo groot is. Eigenaar Kris is erg behulpzaam. Het is van veel voorzien.

Ondanks dat Kris heel behulpzaam is, stuurt hij zoveel berichten dat je soms door de bomen het bos niet ziet. Verder kan de gehele accommodatie wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Op de foto’s ziet het er fris uit, maar het is gedateerd, inclusief beddengoed wat behoorlijk verwassen is. Het is allemaal aan de oude kant en zo ruikt het helaas ook.
