About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed plus a single bed), a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa, and a beautiful terrace furnished with a table and chairs for your evenings outdoors—cool and shaded during the day.
Amenities include: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, ceiling fan, oven, hair dryer, and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
A beach umbrella and two beach chairs are at your disposal.
The Location
Located in a charming and peaceful village nestled in a pine forest, 150 meters from a beautiful beach of fine sand with several small coves. You can relax, go for a nice hike along the ancient Roman road that starts right from the beach, or visit the nearby caves on organized kayak excursions. Additionally, right in front of the residence’s entrance, there’s a playground for the little ones and a bus stop that takes you to Pula and the beaches.
Other things to keep in mind
The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away, while the village has a bar-restaurant and, three days a week, a fruit and vegetable stand in the square in front of the parking area. In addition to the Pinus Village beach, you’ll find the famous beaches of Chia, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, and the stunning, must-see Tuerredda nearby. All these beaches are within a 10-km radius of the apartment. Nine kilometers away, you’ll find Pula, the tourist gem of southwestern Sardinia, rich in history and culture—such as the archaeological site of Nora, the submerged city. Furthermore, in the center of Pula, you’ll find evening entertainment in the square, great food, and plenty of fun.
