Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet und sauber und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Leider war die ganze Anlage Mitte/Ende Sept schon etwas im „Winterschlaf“ - kein Supermarkt, keine Strandbar, kein Restaurant. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der große Spielplatz war toll für unser Kleinkind.

Eine super saubere, kleine Ferienwohnung im sardischen Stil eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht, eine neue Waschmaschine und auch alles Andere ist wie in der Beschreibung. Für 2 Erwachsene mit 1 kleinen Kind gut geeignete, für mehr ist sie zu klein. Man betritt die Wohnung über die Küche und den Wohnraum, dann durch eine Schiebetür ins Schlafzimmer. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, selbst die Tassen im Schrank passen. Im kleinen Garten, kein Gras, nur Erde, gibt es einen Grill und Sitzplatz, sehr nett. Man blickt direkt auf den Tennisplatz was ein bisschen Weite gibt, denn die Reihenhäuschen stehen sehr eng. Zum schönen Strand kann man direkt durch die Anlage laufen 5 - 10 min. Die ganze Anlage ist Auto frei, man hat einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man vor das Haus fahren. Die Komunikation in Deutsch ist mit Mr. Riccardo problemlos. Maurizio spricht Englisch, auch perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa si trova in ottima posizione all interno della località di Calaverde, molto pulita e confortevole. È dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari per un lungo soggiorno e il proprietario è sempre disponibile per ogni cosa. L unico neo da risolvere è la serratura d’ingreso, ma per il resto tutto perfetto

In complesso bene. Alcune cose da migliorare: -La serratura della porta inesistente -Il giardino con solo terra -Molte api e quindi impossibile usufruire del giardino -Mare bello solo quando è calmo, altrimenti non sembra il mare della Sardegna.
