This sociable area has been designed for you to relax, dine, cook and spend time together in comfort. The living area features a sofa bed, creating a flexible space where you can eat, unwind, or even sleep if you wish. Patio doors open directly into the enclosed garden, filling the room with natural light and creating an inviting flow from indoors to outdoors. The kitchen is modern, spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of worktop space for preparing meals. A breakfast bar with seating for three provides a relaxed spot for morning coffee, while the dining table seats four for shared meals. Upstairs, there are three good‑sized bedrooms, made up of a double, a twin and a single, each decorated in pleasant colours and filled with excellent natural light. The family bathroom offers a shower over the bath.
The enclosed garden offers a private and secure outdoor space that is perfect for dogs, children and relaxed dining in the fresh air. There is parking for up to three cars.
